A medium fully furnished room with your own fridge, recently refurbished in a ground floor flat that I am gradually renovating … including a kitchen and bathroom (no bath yet unfortunately) a washer/dryer and a small garden 2 mins from St George’s park on a fairly quiet yet lively street, the neighbours are also fairly quiet.
I am looking for a mature professional or student, hopefully with similar interests to me but not hung up on it.
I am fairly easy going and like things clean and tidy, no time for slobs, trouble makers or constant partying.
Friends are welcome to stay as long as they’re respectful. Pets might also be welcome, feel free to ask.
Council tax band A (bills included)
The room is currently occupied hence the lived-in-ness of the photos.
I typically work 5 days a week from 2pm - 10pm with an hour commute each way, I usually cook before I leave and chill out for a couple of hours when iam back, my days off vary and iam usually home on them (I am not a complete shut-in though).
