Hello, looking for flat mate to share my lovely home with. Rent inc all bills, wifi etc plus cleaner. Plenty of space - private drive with double parking; roomy dining room and living room plus decent size kitchen. Super sunny, spacious back garden. Tons of storage.
Have third small bedroom used as office (wfh once/twice a week) also doubles up as guest room for when people stay over. Flat mate's guests very welcome to sleep there if/when stay over. Sofa bed in living room is handy for this also.
Great location- ten min walk to Fishponds High Street with decent coffee shops, brunch places etc. Close proximity to some excellent pubs (Greyhound, Star etc) and stones throw to beautiful green spaces. The street is quiet, friendly, peaceful but also excellent travel links to city centre (bus stop couple mins walk away with frequent and speedy "X" buses). M32 closeby for car commutes/journeys.
Bit about me - I'm friendly, sociable 44 year old with lots of interests (football, music, travel, eating out etc) and active social life. Also enjoy relaxing at home. Work full time for an NHS community mental health team. Looking to share the home with flatmate, hopefully would feel as settled and at home here as I do.
Prefer flatmate who works outside of the home if poss. Open to Mon - Fri lets aswell as 7 days.
