I have a double bedroom available for rent in my five bedroom houseshare. The house is located just off Stapleton Road in St Jude's. The area is vibrant and is very close to the city center. You'll be sharing with me (Jordan), Georgia, Jaz, and Connor. Everyone is in their 20s, except me, I'm in my 30s.

The room:

• Upstairs bedroom (~4.0m x 2.4m)
• Overlooks rear garden 🏡
• Fits a double + desk + chest of drawers
• Currently has a king-size bed in it
• Unfurnished (but furniture could be negotiable)

The lodgers agreement:

• Rent is £600 per month, all bills included.
• Deposit is £600 to secure the room and move in date.
• Contract is 6 months, then rolling monthly. But open to shorter term if it works.
• Cleaning rota to keep on top of basics.

I am looking for:

• Professionals/mature students aged 24yrs+
• Ideally no car (as permit to park is required and it's v expensive, but that's up to you).
• Responsible and cleans up after themselves. 🧼
• Non-smokers

Shared interests would obviously be a bonus :)

• Active and outdoorsy - I like climbing, surfing, skiing, MTB, hiking etc. etc.
• Homely and indoorsy - Also very happy to chill and socialise indoors by cooking or bingeing on the TV / games too!
• Clean bean - I do like a clean and tidy house, we have a shared weekly rota, but we clean up after ourselves too.
• Sociable but also enjoy my own space.♟🎮
