Close to Bristol Airport (but not in the flight path!) and Bristol University Campus at Langford (3 miles approx from both).
Located near to Redhill, away from the A38, but close enough to get places quickly. (3 miles from Blagdon; that was the nearest option Spareroom gave)
Plenty of space so lots of privacy if wanted. Use of kitchen, bathroom, utility room, separate lodger sitting/dining room.
Bathroom presently shared with one other.
Furnished room (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers)
Large garden.
Driveway parking.
