The house has two bathrooms (one with tub), one toilet, laundry area with washer/dryer combo, a brand new kitchen (with dishwasher) and a little garden. The garden has a little shed for bikes as well.

The room is a large double bedroom, It comes furnished with a double bed with brand new mattress, two in built wardrobe. The room has a bay window which gives the room lots of light. (1st room in the video)

The current tenants are James and Barbara (25), Hibaq (25), Matthew (24) and Kat (23). We all have different professions and day schedules, and are open to anyone :)
We are looking for a new house mate interested to make new friends in the house, and someone who would enjoy hanging out, cooking together from time to time etc.

We have a cleaner every week, but are also keen to find a new housemate who can tidy up after himself/herself.

We all love travelling and enjoy meeting different people and share new experiences.

No agency fees, but deposit of one month required.

Minimum stay 1 month, but would prefer if you'd like to stick around a bit longer!
