Hello!

I'm looking to fill two rooms in my rental house in Redcliffe.

Room 1: £700 pcm including bills, available from May. The contract will be until September initially, and will then move to rolling. The owners are currently travelling and aren't sure whether they will return to Bristol. It's a Loft room, and comes furnished with a desk, mattress (on a tatami mat), bedside table and a sink. There is clothes storage just outside the room and a nook to store any additional things.

Room 2: £650 pcm including bills and is available for May and June to sub-let. A double room facing the street, furnished with ample floor space.

The house has a large open-plan living room/kitchen area, and a bright garden with fresh herbs that catches the sun all day.

I work for Bristol University and enjoy wild swimming and yoga in my free time. Harry (who will be back in July) is a musician who works a lot in stage productions. Looking for some lovely people who are keen to make the house feel like a friendly home!
