We’re looking for a new lovely housemate to fill a double room in our four-person home in Easton (BS5), just off Stapleton Road and round the corner from St Marks Road and Greenbank.
You’ll be sharing with three females Alice, Alex and Bibi. We’re a friendly, sociable house that like to hang out watching TV and films on our projector, having bonfires, chilling in the garden, going for pub trips and a boogie and having the occasional party or tarot depending what mood we are in 😊 .
Details:
The room will be available from 1st of March (or earlier if you need)
Rent is £410/ month not including bills
Deposit is one month’s rent
Bills are around £100 a month
The initial contract is for a minimum 6 months, then it’s a rolling monthly contract
This is a private rental so we have a private landlady who is friendly.

About you:
We’re looking for a like-minded individual that wants to be part of a friendly and sociable household, who likes to keep their space clean and tidy. We’re looking for someone sociable and chill, wants to get stuck in with house stuff, and looking for a home rather than a house!

About the room/house:
The room is a decent sized unfurnished double room on the first floor with a garden view.
There is an upstairs bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and downstairs bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped so don’t worry if you don’t have any kitchen stuff! Washing machine, microwave, fridge/ freezer, cooker, blender, air fryer, coffee machine and more!
The living room is a decent size with two comfy sofas, a projector for movie nights and many board games.
There is a lovely, good-sized garden which has a huge veg patch, a nice space to have people over and a fire pit and a bbq too.

About us:
Alex is 29 and works in an alternative provision for kids. She’s a ray of sunshine and kindest person in the world who would do anything for you. You’ll most likely find her with a hair mask in, munching on crisps and dip, and watching TikToks of Alison Hammond falling over. She enjoys going to the gym and making banging dinners.
Alice DR is 30 she works part-time in Spike Island, and also as a life model. She loves to go dancing at Jazz nights in Bristol where she creates live art pieces of performers whilst in concert. Quirky, funny, and one of the easiest people to get on with. You can find her being the life of the party in one of her award-winning (she won best-dressed) home-made fancy dress outfits, or cosy at home binge watching Gilmore Girls. PS: never leave an odd number of eggs in the eggbox :D
Bibi is 29 works part-time for a refugee charity and in hospitality. She is a performance artist and movement and expressive arts therapy trainee. She is always dancing with a different current of life with joy and curiosity.
Inside of the house she likes making weird noises, but also likes a deep chat or just watching silly TV. She enjoys nature walks, going to galleries and listen a good life music.
