Rent is £600pcm exc. bills (approx. £150). As this is a short term let, we would ask for a month's rent (£600) up front with any additional rent paid on a weekly basis up to 20th March when the tenancy ends. Bills would be paid when they come in and are shared with the two other housemates.

Both housemates are professionals in their late 20s. The house is spacious and warm, with a generous light living room with bi-fold doors and underfloor heating (to keep you cosy in winter!)

The bedroom is furnished, with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, and a desk.
