A lovely, light room in a new loft conversion of a Victorian terrace, with a wooden floor and Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. Located in Windmill Hill - just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle from the harbourside and the centre of Bristol.

You’d be sharing the house with a live-in landlady (female, 60s) and another female housemate (early 30s, professional), along with one very friendly chicken who lives in the garden!

The room is available furnished or unfurnished, with the option of a single bed and desk if needed, plus a built in wardrobe / cupboard for storage. There’s a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, and space to lock a bike in the front garden.

We’re close to Bedminster railway station, great bus routes, and just minutes from Victoria Park and Windmill Hill City Farm. The independent shops and cafés of East Street, North Street and Bedminster Parade are all within easy reach.

This is a friendly, creative, and mixed-generational home - so not your typical Bristol party house share! It’s very wholesome vibes, one housemate is sober and the house is a drug-free and smoke-free space. So we’re looking for someone who wants to live in a calm and respectful environment :) Think cups of tea, good chats, and creative energy rather than hosting the afters! Basically we’re looking for someone who genuinely values that kind of atmosphere and wants their home to feel like a sanctuary (rather than someone who’d see that as a compromise).

Ideally suited to a professional female in their mid 20s to mid 30s, who’s looking for a peaceful, welcoming home with like-minded people.
