There are two tumble dryers and two washing machines, so there is no fighting over laundry. Plus, it gives time enough to fix a machine if something goes wrong without losing the ability to put a wash on. The internet is fast at 500MB in the kitchen, and each room has a choice of Wifi or a wired connection. There is currently a weekly cleaner who cleans the shared areas, but this may change. There is a small garden area behind the kitchen that smokers can use.
