Double room to rent in a 3-bed flat in Clifton Village - move in date April 1st (no super short term lets). Rent is £700 a month, not including bills (these typically come to around £130 each a month). You’d be sharing the flat with myself (Molly, 26) and Maddy (25). As our current housemate is sadly moving, we’re looking for someone new to join us and match our tidy, friendly, wholesome vibes ✨

This is a self-contained first floor flat, which consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (with washing machine), living/dining room and home office.

I work from home in academic publishing, and Maddy works hybrid for the NHS. This unfortunately means we couldn’t accommodate someone who works predominantly from home.

Between us we have a mix of interests including running, hiking, reading, cooking/baking and coffee shop trips ☕️. Together we enjoy trips to the pub, cosy movie nights in, and cheese and wine nights, but also enjoy time to ourselves!

The room comes unfurnished but our housemate is happy to leave her bed frame if you’d like it!
