Hi! I have a large double room to rent in my newly refurbished 2-bed home in Redfield/St George, a stones throw away from Netham Park.

I’m looking for an easygoing and considerate housemate who enjoys a relaxed, friendly and tidy home. The room is spacious and warm, and comes furnished with a king-size bed and mattress, bedside tables (if you’d like them), and a large walk-in wardrobe.

The house is bright, comfortable, and has a calm feel. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, brand new washer dryer, large TV and smart Hive heating system. There’s also a sunny paved garden with space for bikes.

A bit about me: I work as a data scientist and mainly work from home during the week. I’m sociable and easy to live with, I enjoy being out in nature and seeing friends, cooking and good conversation. At home, I’m usually relaxing with a movie or a book, and I’m also a musician and play bass guitar. My partner also visits occasionally, so I'd like the home to feel comfortable and balanced for everyone.

All bills are included in the room price (£690), covering council tax (Band A), fast broadband, gas, electric, and water. Free on-street parking is also available.

Great location:
- Two large parks nearby, as well as lovely riverside walks
- 5-10 minutes from Church Road with cafes, restaurants, pubs, plus Aldi and Lidl
- 30-40 minute walk to the city centre, with good public transport links

The room is currently available, with earlier move-in date preferred. Best suited to someone who works mainly onsite, or works from home occasionally.
