Looking for a student to take over my rent in Favell House -City Centre! The accommodation is placed in city centre with lots of shops and restaurants around.
It has 2 bathrooms, it’s 10 minute walk to Cabot circus and about 5 minute walk to the bus station. Suitable for someone going UOB or even UWE.
No short term, must stay until the end of contract 11th July 2026. Rent is around 800£ per month including bills, shared kitchen and appliances.
My flatmates are friendly people who like to hang out and chat but also keep to themselves. Ages between 18-21.
