BEDROOM:
First floor double bedroom in a Victorian style terrace in Redfield. The room is reasonably sized, with large built in wardrobe space. It comes furnished with a bed and mattress, a desk, a bedside table and a 32 inch TV. Any furniture not wanted can be stored in the loft.
OTHER ROOMS:
It has an open plan kitchen/dining room, which can comfortably allow two people to cook at the same time. The lounge is separate and has a sofa bed so can act as another bedroom if a guest is brought to stay. Generally there is a lot of storage space in the house if needed.
AREA:
The house is situated opposite Netham Park and is a stones throw from St George's Park. The immediate area is fairly quiet due to the recent introduction of traffic reduction measures, though Church Road is just a 5 minute walk which offers a number of local amenities and leads directly into the city centre, taking just 10 minutes by bus. There is always plenty of parking.
ME:
I am a live in landlord, having purchased the property in September 2025. I am very easy going and have a range of interests that include sports, music and gaming. I'm fairly quiet so will not be bringing groups of people over to the property. I mostly work from home but am out playing table tennis quite often.
For couples, rent would go up to £900 PCM including bills.
OTHER INFO:
- All bills included
- Dishwasher included
- Council tax band A
- Minimum 6 month stay
- Large TV in lounge
- Fast internet speeds
- Parking
