We are a young professional couple ideally looking for another couple / or individual to rent a spare room.

Move in date is from March 15th.

We are very clean, tidy and really love taking care of this beautiful house.

Enjoy spending time doing creative activities, arts and crafts, piano, music production, films, making dinner.

Respectful with noise.

We work 9-5 Monday to Friday and like to go out every now and then.

Landlord is amazing - very hands-on, great communication, fixing things, sorting out issues etc.

All tenants need to be on the contract.

We are currently a 3-person house with one moving out.

Having a couple would make this a 4-person house.

This would mean extra work to the house due to contract and license changes, installing a new fire alarm system etc. which means rent would have to increase to £2.4k per month for 4 people.

- Rent p/cm for 4 people = £600
- Rent p/cm for 3 people = £666
