Based in Saint George (20 min walk to the high street and 10 mins to Hanham) and although there is no parking, there’s always tons of room in the street.

Photos attached and completely refurbished 3 years ago, including a new bathroom, kitchen and boiler. It's a two bed place with a shared bathroom. The room that is free is facing towards the front and there are photos of it (the one with the navy walls). There's tons of storage in the loft and under the stairs, as well as a fairly large cupboard in the room.

I'm looking to rent long term as I live abroad. Broadband included but you'd have to cover gas and electric, water and council tax (band B) with the guy who's living here at the moment. He works in graphic design and is very chilled. Likes to keep a tidy house etc.
