I’m looking for a friendly working professional to share my newly renovated flat - ideally someone who’d enjoy becoming a friend, not just a flatmate!

I love the idea of a home that feels relaxed and social - whether that’s cooking together, a glass of wine, or heading out locally - but equally having our own space when we need it.

The room:
- Spacious double bedroom
- Comes with a double bed, ottoman storage, desk (chair to come), and wardrobe

The flat:
- Recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and living space
- Bright, modern, and a really nice place to come home to
- Shared bathroom (just to flag - this hasn’t been redone yet and won’t be for the next ~6 months)
- A few finishing touches/furnishings still being added over time
- Off-road parking

Day-to-day:
- I work from home 2 days a week, otherwise I’m in the city centre
- Friends occasionally pop by (sometimes with a dog)

About me:
Young working professional, grew up in East Africa, and have a sociable but balanced lifestyle. I love the gym, travelling, nights in, a good Hugo spritz or glass of wine, and a bar. Looking for someone easy-going, clean, and friendly - up for a chat but also independent. Want it to be a cozy and fun home for us both!
