I am a member of Shirehampton sailing club. Local shops and delivery. Very quiet. Countryside in the town. it is effectively a two bed, two bathrooms house. So no queues for the bathroom.

New upgrade garden roo. There a local Climate Action group, a repair cafe to get involved with. Stoke Lodge, the Adult Learning Centre with a variety of courses nearby.

Good walks to Blaise Castle by the River Trym, Kingsweston House with a nice cafe, plus along the River Avon. Local shops plus of course Deliveroo. Restaurants at Cotham Hill and Town. The room faces West. Hot tub and snd a recently dug frog pond. Please direct any frogs there as there many slugs for them. I am just completing an upgrade of my garden cabin as an extra toom. Very exciting!. Just found a lovely Nepalese cleaner to come on a regular basis. I love cooking and radio 4. Project garden is underway.
