Looking for a student to take over my room in a shared house in BS2 9QL. Tenancy would be 6 months, from 12 February 2026 to 11 August 2026 (though feel free to contact me if you’d like the room earlier or later, we may be able to work something out).

It's about a 30 - 35 minute walk from University of Bristol campus. Rent is £692 per month with bills about £51 per person per month.

Includes a big room with. a double bed and bay window. Other furniture included: desk, chair, wardrobe, dresser, nightstand, a few shelves on the walls.

The shared space includes 2 toilets and 2 showers split across 3 rooms, and a living room and kitchen, with plenty of fridge and freezer space. Usual kitchen equipment: a gas stove and oven, microwave, and kettle. Also has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

It's council tax band A, though the landlord requires you to be a student. You must also have a UK guarantor with a clear credit history that earns a minimum income of £24,912 a year.
