We’ve recently refurbished our home to a really high standard and have a lovely spare room available with a wardrobe, drawer and work desk.

At the moment, we have one other quiet, respectful lodger and are looking for someone similar to join the household. I’m a single parent with two friendly kids (11 & 14), so it’s a warm, easygoing home rather than a party house.

We’re in a peaceful part of Redland, just a short walk from Gloucester Road with all its great cafés, shops and Bristol buzz.

The monthly rent includes all bills, cleaning, and bed linen. There’s also the option to get a residents’ parking permit if you have a car.

We’d love to find another easygoing housemate who’ll feel at home here.
