Hey, me and my mate have found a great 6 bed flat in the new build Carnival House property on Lower Ashley Road. All rooms are double with en-suites, and there is a shared kitchen / living room in each flat. The building also has an on-site gym, social area with pool table etc., and on-site laundry facilities and courtyard. I have been to view the property and can confirm it is indeed lovely, and the pictures are accurate. Myself (Jackson) and Jake are both very friendly! We both love a good pub trip, night out, rave etc. but we also work full time so appreciate someone who can keep the noise down during the week. We also both enjoy working out and cooking great meals and are generally quite sociable. We are ideally looking for people to join us asap so we can get a holding deposit down for this asap to get it sorted! Preferably we would like a mix of male and female but really it will be first come / first serve!
