Good size bedroom for rent in Bristol, BS13.

Description
House has 2 bedrooms, mine and the one available (Bed 1 on house layout), large kitchen, 1 upstairs bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet. Shared living area and a garden.
The room is 4.5m by 3m however does had a built in cupboard which may have a suitcase or two of mine, the rest will be yours to use. The bedroom currently consists of a single bed and a clothes rack however at time of move in, more will be there which can be discussed closer to the time.

Location
Is near to multiple shops to do your shopping int in walking and driving distance. Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl all fairly close by .
There are multiple bus routes for commuting, can also park car just outside the house.

Fees
Initial deposit of a month rent, £650 rent PCM will include all bills including council tax, water, electricity, broadband and insurance.

Duration
There is no set time I’m looking to lodge my room out for, short term is an option if needed.

Expectations
No preference on student or professional as long as they are respectful of boundaries and the house.
