My flatmate of 3 years is moving out by end of Feb, so I'm looking for a new one to fill the double room!

It's a top-floor 2-bedroom flat with a large shared lounge/kitchen space and great views over the rooftops of Clifton. Got a 55" TV, Xbox Series X, Electric piano and all the usual suspects (washing machine, cooker/hob, fridge, freezer.) Only 5 mins walk from both the Downs and Clifton Down train station, with a bus-stop right on the doorstep for 10 mins journey to Centre (C8). Free parking spaces are available on the avenue.

I'm an easy going 29m, work in fintech (data science/PM), love pub and gig nights, tennis, movie/series binges, gym, art, festivals and learning new stuff. If you're generally pretty clean and chilled, we'll get on! Any Q's you have about the place or for myself, fire away.
