Hi there! I’m planning to move out of my lovely 4 person flat in Dowry Square and we’re looking for someone who is a student to take my room. It is available immediately, with the contract runs until 1st August 2026.

The flat is in a beautiful Victorian house full of wooden character, with a big communal garden. It’s in a great spot in Hotwells, just a 10 minute walk to the Uni of Bristol and the city centre, really close to the Harbourside, and Clifton is just a stone’s throw away. On street parking is available nearby.

The room is a double bed with lots of floor space, 1 large size cabinet and 2 medium sized ones, a large wardrobe, desk and chair, 2 outlet socket and a mirror. The flat comes with all the essentials, with the kitchen having lots of counter space, microwave, gas stove top and oven, washing machine, dishwasher. The living room has a large corner sofa with a reclining chair, coffee table and TV and a large dining table. The bathroom has a bath tub / shower, toilet, sink with mirror and one large cabinet for toiletries.

The flat also includes two private gardens (one in the front with lots of green space, a pond and benches/tables and swings and one in the back as a stone patio with bike storage)

A bit about the flatmates: There are three of us (Emma, Emmie and Corin, 20–23) – Emma and Emmie are on placement years at Newcastle and Exeter, and Corin is doing her PhD here at Bristol. We’ve got our own independent lives but also love cooking together, heading to the pub/nights out, watching TV and sometimes working from home together too!
