Hi I have a room in my house to rent. Iam living at the house I have my son living in the house with me So would need to be dbs checked. Hope this doesn’t put you off. it was built in 2014 it’s a lovely home , looking to find a new tenant , friend to rent the third bedroom. It is very good for road and rail. Motorway. Is 15 minutes away. bus stop just across the road out the front of the house. And train 30 minutes walk.
