Hello there!

We’re looking for someone to join our relaxed and friendly 3‑bed flat. The room is a small double, furnished with a bed and some drawers. You are welcome to do what you want with the room, within reason. Bills and council tax are included. Ideally, we’d like someone to move in within the next few weeks.

The flat is in Lawrence Hill with nearby on-street parking, great transport links via train and bus, and the city centre is only a 30ish minute walk away. There are plenty of supermarkets, pubs, parks and other amenities nearby.

You’d be sharing with me (he/him), Kat (she/her), and Joel the good boy. Joel is Kat’s dog, so you won’t be responsible for him, but he’ll definitely appreciate any treats or cuddles you have to offer. We’re all best described as social introverts: we enjoy a shared meal, a walk, a pub trip or a good chat, but we also value our own space and will always respect yours too.

I’m a music lover and have two harps that I am currently learning, which you’re welcome to use if you’re curious. I also enjoy attending gigs & festivals, and can sometimes get cheap or free tickets (I recently won a pair for We Out Here!) so that’s a fun bonus. We also have a 77‑inch TV and a surround‑sound system, which is perfect for films and gaming..

I want this to feel like a home for all of us, and I think the key to that is good communication. I want us to be able to talk openly about our needs and concerns so that we can better understand and support each other.
