We are two friends from Devon, who have lived together for the past year here in Redfield. Unfortunately some of our housemates are leaving Bristol so we are looking for 3 new housemates!

We have a lovely house situated on a quiet cul de sac along Church Road. Our house has a drive for one car plus lots of on street parking and a spacious, sunny and very green garden. We are located a 7 min walk from Lawrence Hill train station and can easily access the Bristol to Bath Cycle Path. Our landlord is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues.

Room 1 (£560): Furnished double room that gets all the afternoon and evening sun, on the middle floor.

Room 2 (£560): Furnished large double room on the ground floor with a cosy stone fireplace and huge window (images coming soon).

Room 3 (£610): Furnished double attic room with an ensuite. Lovely sloped ceiling with 2 big velux windows and loads of in built storage space (images coming soon).

The house has a large open plan kitchen / living room with a door to the garden. There are 3 bathrooms in total and a small room at the front of the house we use for storing bikes and other gear.

Both of us enjoy spending our spare time outdoors. We climb, slackline, and generally love to get outdoors. When we're at home, we like to cook big dinners (I am vegan so a veggie / vegan would be preferred), hang out in the garden in the summer, and play board games when its raining! We both started graduate jobs here in Bristol last year, having recently finished uni. We would really like a mixed gendered house, with open-minded, friendly people.

Move in date would ideally be around 1st October but could be earlier depending on existing housemates. Deposit is around £650 but need confirmation from landlord.
