A bright, spacious double room is available in a quiet, top-floor apartment located in one of Bristol’s most sought-after areas. You’ll be living just a five-minute walk from the shops and cafes of Clifton Village, as well as the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge.

The apartment is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, offering a peaceful retreat from city life. One of the standout features of this property is the exclusive access to a private, residents-only park—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

You will be sharing the home with me, a 32-year-old professional. I maintain an active lifestyle, spending much of my time at the gym or travelling for the weekend. I am looking for a housemate who is clean, respectful, and friendly to help keep the apartment calm and pleasant.

The rent is £800 per calendar month and includes all bills. The room is available from the 1st of April. Please note that this is a professional household, so I am unable to accept applications from students.
