We are three girls aged 24 looking for a fourth housemate to join our tenancy at the start of July. Preferably looking for a female, who is similar age, sociable, fun, but is also clean and can respect the space.

Needs to be able to pass referencing and affordability checks and can sign the tenancy for a year. Council tax band D. Bills are usually £130 a month everything included.

The house is in a perfect location just off Gloucester Road in Bishopston. The new tenant will be taking over a lovely double room overlooking the garden. *not the best pictures of the room as I’m not home right now, but girlies send your interest for a viewing!
