Hi! My two housemates are sadly moving out of our lovely three bed house at the end of August and I am looking for new, friendly housemates to move in 😊

The house is situated in a quiet area, with parking available on the road, alongside the parking space assigned to the house which we share amongst ourselves. It is an open and airy home, with a shared living room and kitchen. There is a shared downstairs toilet and a shared upstairs bathroom. There is a great private garden and some garage space too.
We are perfectly situated; on a bus route through to the city centre, Cribbs Causeway, and further transport lines. We are a short drive from local supermarkets, shops and only a 10 minute walk from Southmead Hospital! Ideal for the those working at the hospital.

The rooms available:
The first room is a large, open and airy space. It is unfurnished and comes with an en-suite. Rent is £725 with bills not included.

The second room is a smaller, cosy room with great light. Unfurnished and sharing a bathroom with one other. Rent is £575 with bills not included.

A bit about myself, I am a 26 year old nurse who is kind, tidy and friendly. I enjoy exploring the city, playing netball, hanging with my friends and having movie nights. It would be great to have housemates who are easy going, tidy, like to hang out occasionally but who also appreciate each other’s space. I also work occasional night shifts, so it would be great to have housemates that can be considerate of this.
