I'm looking after my brother's African grey parrot just in case you have any allergies

Situated on the main road close 2 buses into town the real station is a 5-minute walk and plenty of free parking outside the property, it's an old flat which I'm trying to do up slowly but surely but it's comfortable enough

It's a double room available for rent plus a spare room double for a computer desk space if you need it

Basically, I'll be working away sometimes so

I need someone reliable to take care of the place and the parrot while away

Electricity isn't included or gas but basically 50/50 share the bill
Gas is on a card meter and is around 46.00 per month electricity probably around 90.00 to 95.00 but no other bills to pay...

As I said it's not the Ritz but it's has the basics and your be mostly alone in the three-bed property
