Close to the city centre (30 minutes walk), Stapleton Road railway station (13 minutes), M32 and bus services. Popular local hippy market, every month directly outside.  Skatepark (quiet), Eastfield Park, St. Mark's Road, IKEA ,Tesco's, and Dunya all close by in this vibrant neighbourhood.

Excellent housemate (M40) quiet, clean, friendly, hardworking, trustworthy, excellent cook.

No trouble with neighbours and zero burglaries in over five years.  

Available from 16th of March or before if needs be.
