Hey! I'm Vasco (26), currently looking for a new flatmate to live in our superb flat right behind Cabot Circus/Broadmead, right next to Portland Square (BS2)!

My lovely flatmate and friend is moving back home later in March and I am looking for someone to take over his room from April. He's leaving you with a lovely room with enough space for a double bed, a desk, wardrobe and/or whatever your favourite piece of furniture is!

The main star of the house is the lovely kitchen/living room which is very spacious, kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob and washing machine!

Ideally looking for a working professional or a mature student, we like to have the house as a nice relaxing environment to be able to return to from the (scary) outside world.

You're more than welcome to have friends and/or a partner over too to visit (just no after parties please..), though note introverts are welcome too!

I currently work as a receptionist in a fun place not far from home and am fairly quiet when in the house, usually on my own little corner doing game development which is what I do as a hobby! Naturally I do also like to play games and watch movies though always curious to learn about new and different hobbies!

The location is in a (surprisingly) quiet road just behind Cabot Circus, you're 5 minutes from Bristol Bus Station (walking) and 25 or so from Temple Meads (walking as well!), our neighbours are great too and in 2 years of living here we never had any issues.

The Numbers:

We've been assured rent will be £682.5 per person for at least the first 6 months of the joint tenancy (from April).
Other monthly bills include Council Tax Band B (£100.50 pp), Internet (£13.50 pp) and Energy (usually between £70 and £95 pp depending on usage), the house doesn't have Gas. Water is usually around every 6 months and doesn't usually exceed £150 pp.

You'd need to be able to provide a UK guarantor to the agency (and a valid VISA or British citizenship) and a month's deposit.
