1 sunny double room available in a house share in St Pauls, to share with live in landlord (who lives there part time) and 3 other lodgers. We are quiet, clean, friendly and considerate. Available from 23rd April. It includes bills, except electricity (heating and hot water).

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, a shared living room/dining room and spacious kitchen, and a back garden. The house is located on a very quiet street.

The rent includes council tax, broadband, and water. The electricity bill is shared equally between all residents. The boiler is electric and there is no gas bill. We are looking for a housemate to help keep the electric bills as low as possible over winter by conserving energy. We take short showers and keep the central heating off, although each bedroom has a fan heater to keep warm.

We are looking for a male post graduate student or full time worker, who is quiet and clean. It is essential that you are the type of housemate that cleans up after themselves and excepts the same from others. We have a cleaner who comes in regularly to clean the common areas which is paid for by the landlord.

The location is very central and within easy walking distance of town centre, Temple Meads station and Stokes Croft.
