With a beautiful back garden, (One Jamaican Black male 50+) living there he's my father a lovely man who has an active social life goes dancing, bingo visiting friends etc... and loves to cook he may even cook for you.

My father as he keeps the maintenance of the home Handy for when any deliveries come, the garden is lovely in the summer 😁
Also a ( Music producer living here) both really chatty and friendly

Its a Very friendly house hold
I my self come to the property once a month to visit my dad

Broad walk shopping mall is 5 mins walk, local to bus stops and Temple meads stn is a 10min bus ride away and so is the town centre. there is a big back garden so if anyone ■ smokes ■ its suitable ( JUST NOT IN THE HOUSE ), great for students as the university isn't too far on the bus

Its very easy going in this house, its mostly a quiet home but Sundays a little music plays while cooking 😊

As long as your CLEAN I cant reitirate on cleanliness as its so important and tidy up after your self everything is Great!!! ( very important )
I am very considerate and just expect the same in return.

The kitchen dinner is also a separate living room to chill and relax in.
