I’m Judge and I am looking for a couple of house mates for a 6 week period from 15 April to 20 May (period whilst my grown up sons are travelling the world)!

LOCATION
I have a large modern house in St George, just 5 mins walk to the park and 15 mins walk to the vibrant shops, bars and cafes of Church Rd. There is lots of street parking and it’s on major bus route. It’s also only a 40 min walk (or 15 min bike ride) into town.

HOUSE
The house has a very large and modern kitchen/dining area with a sunroom, which is great for eating or relaxing in. The bathroom is quite small with no bath, but a large walk in shower. There is a large, enclosed garden which gets lots of a sun and a nice seating area. The house is fully double glazed, with gas central heating, modern fittings, fixtures and furniture. All bills included in the rent and it has very fast broadband.

CULTURE
The culture in the house is very open and friendly, but also peaceful and respectful of people’s privacy. So you can both work or relax peacefully or socialise as you wish. I am very social and musical, but I have a separate music studio, so noise isn’t a problem. The house would suit a professional or hard working student looking for a short term lease (10 weeks up to 20th May).

BEDROOMS
Room 1 - is a large, modern luxurious double and fitted with new IKEA furniture. It has a 56in flat screen TV, large fitted cabinets and cupboards, shoe store and under bed storage. It is very bright and open, with large double glazed windows.

Room 2 - is a cosy double, with nice gentle lilac colours, copper fitting and twinkling lights. It has a 52in flat screen TV, sizable high up and under bed storage, and clothes hanging space. It’s not huge, but very cosy and comfortable.
