Hello, I am looking for a person to complete my tenancy at Launchpad. It is a studio for £700 PCM (bills and wifi included) and the tenancy will be from the 7th of June - 25th August.
Good connection into city centre with the 48, 49 and 48a buses (48 and 49 run for 24 hours)

An earlier move in date can be negotiated if this is something needed for another tenant. The place is in very good shape, granted a deep clean will be done before someone moves in.
