I’m going away for the summer so I’m looking for someone to fill my room for the period I am out of the country (available 28th May until the 24th August).
Room can be left furnished (bed, desk, clothes rail) mattress protectors must stay on the bed and room must be left how it was found before move out.
£620 a month rent + £100 a month all bills
Free parking space included.
Very nice area and good location.
Plenty of buses close by.
Flat mates are all very nice and sociable people to live with, extremely easy going and a good vibe in the flat. (2 boys, 1 girl)
