Hello,

Myself (Irish), Kurtis (Cornish) and Ollie (kiwi) are looking for someone to take a single room in our lovely house.

The house is very spacious and warm (it has underfloor heating!) There is front and back garden which catches loads of sun in the evenings for alfresco dinners. We also have two small sheds for bike/surfboard storage.

We are 5 min walk from a main bus route to town, just at the top of Gloucester road. Shops and pubs are walking distance. There's a driveway which can fit 3/4 cars and a bike shed.

Our hobbies range from music, gigs, martial arts, climbing, skating & surfing. In general it's a chill place to be, we like to hang out in the evenings but we have our own friend groups and hobbies too.

We have room for a working from home desk downstairs that you can use.

We are looking to fill the room very soon so that we can sign the contract for next year (starting 13th July). Wifi is included in the rent, all other bills total around £125/month each.
