There is plenty of free on-street parking. There are 7 direct bus routes into Bristol City centre and beyond, with bus stops just 2 minutes walk away. There is easy access to Bristol/Bath cycle path; making it safe and easy to cycle in and out of town.

You will be living with me, a male professional in my early 40s. I work in the environment sector and recently relocated to Bristol from Brazil. I entertain friends occasionally but the wild all-nighter days are behind me. I often stay away with my girlfriend during the week and weekends, she also sometimes stays in the property a few nights over the course of a month. So there will be long periods where you will have the place to yourself, as I am often away.

When I'm in Bristol I sometimes work from home and also have an office in Bristol. The property has 1GB super fast Virgin broadband.

The house is clean, tidy, relaxed and peaceful. The neighbourhood is chilled and there is no drama. Looking for someone who will fit in with that and keep the space a nice place to dwell.

The rental includes all bills except for electricity and gas which this year has ranged from £90 (Summer) to £180 (Winter). This would be split between the two of us.
