Hi there! I'm Georgie and I have a room going spare in my home! I'm 45, a single parent with two teenage kids and a 1 year old puppy. I work full time as a civil servant, mostly from home, and in my spare time I make art, sew and morris dance.

I'm offering a furnished first-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and storage cupboard. My home is only 8 years old - it's at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, backs onto the Bristol to Bath cycle path and is a 5 minute walk from Fishponds Road. I have a cleaner who comes every fortnight and I try to keep the house in order but I'm pretty relaxed.
