Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I have been offered a placement away from Bristol for next year.
The house is 5 bed located on John Carr's Terrace, BS8 1DW, just behind Hope and Anchor. It is a stone's throw away from the Triangle and UOB, with all the required amenities a short walk away, including Sainsbury's.
Our group is made up of 4 boys, 2 from UOB and 2 from UWE, all of which will be going into third year. All of us are very friendly and social and prioritise clean communal spaces.
The tenancy will be taken over directly through the agency (Bristol Student Lets) and rent is £898.75 pm, with gas and electric included. All rooms feature a double bed and the property boasts a newly renovated kitchen with 2 large fridges, 2 bathrooms with showers and a living room that backs onto a fully furnished garden.
