Due to my current lodger moving to Canada, I am looking for a new lodger to move in on 1st May!
- Large double bedroom.
- 3 minute walk to Kingswood high street.
- 26 minute bus journey to Bristol city centre.
- £700 ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Except food (obviously).
- No deposit required but rent is always paid in advance.
- Will be house sharing with landlord (me!). I have my own top floor bedroom and ensuit whereas you have the middle floor to yourself, pretty much.
- I use to party hard in my 20’s but now I’m sober and enjoy peace and quiet. Ideally looking for the same 😜 Professionals ONLY please 🙏
- Looking for someone clean, tidy and reliable. Ability to clean up after yourself is essential.
- Because house is so close to Kingswood town centre, parking is a nightmare. If you have a car you may need to park a street or two away from the house.
- I’m a gay man and my favourite programme is Rupaul’s Drag Race so yes, I will be watching this every Thursday at 21:00. Otherwise, the TV is all yours… 😂
