I’m looking for one female tenant to move into Bedroom 1 (double bedroom) in a 4-bedroom all-girls house in Redland. The other rooms are already taken. Short-term lets are preferred.

The house is beautiful and in a great location, within walking distance of the University and Bristol city centre. It has a large living room, garden, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine). There are also lots of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby.

Bedroom 1 (double) – £825 per month including bills (gas, electricity, and water).

The room comes furnished with at least a bed, desk, and wardrobe. Please see the attached floor plan (Bedroom 1) for reference.
