I have a lovely light double bedroom to rent in Bishopston which is furnished with a double bed, lots of cupboards, a hanging rail and a chair.
The property is a semi detached Victorian home which has been recently refurbished. It has a large kitchen/diner with a separate lounge with log burner. The back garden has a patio with a comfy outdoor sofa on it and a bistro table and chairs for eating outside. Parking is available free of charge on the street and there is always a space (although I’ve probably jinxed it now! 😂).
There are three bedrooms in the house, my bedroom and en-suite on the top floor and two bedrooms (one of which my other lodger, Emma, stays in) and a shared bathroom on the first floor. This is the bathroom you will share with Emma.
All bills are included apart from the fortnightly cleaner which we contribute £8 each to.
The property is a short walk from the vibrant Gloucester Road which is full of fab independent shops, yummy cafes and delicious restaurants. There is a huge selection of bars as well. Bristol city centre is less than a 30 minute walk away or a short bus ride.
I’m a tidy person that likes to take care of my home and am usually out a few nights in the week either playing sport or seeing friends.
I’m very happy to answer any questions you might have. Thanks.
