I am looking for a tenant in a 2 bedroom apartament in Box Makers Yard.

The room has double bed, en-suite bathroom. The property has free gym, two separate roof-top terraces, private dining rooms.

There is Sainsbury's express about 2 minute walk, Mokoko Cafe downstairs, Bristol Temple Meads station 7 minute walk.

Bills are roughly 200£ per month including council tax, water, electricity and wifi.
