Female preferred, professional and student-friendly.

The room:
Fully furnished double room in a 2-bedroom apartment with a private balcony. The flat originally came unfurnished but happy to leave the furniture for you to keep at no extra cost!

Costs/amenities:

£750/month with water included. Internet and electric come to around £62/month on top. Students exempt from council tax!

The location:
Right in the heart of BS1, Central Bristol, just a 10-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station with great transport links across the city. It’s a 10 minute walk from the harbourside and also right next to Bedminster!

Who I’m looking for:
Female housemate preferred. Could be a professional or student. References will be needed. :)
