Two rooms ex. bills available in St George in sharehouse with garden and allotment. Both rooms have bay windows and are south facing so get lots of natural light. I’ve been doing up the house and hope you can find it as much a home as I do.

The ground floor room is £470 pm ex. bills and is currently unfurnished. I have a chest of drawers/ bed frame that can go in it but if you’d rather bring your own stuff, more than welcome.

The second room (carpeted) upstairs is huge it’s £520 ex. bills and comes with a comfy mattress, bed frame and walk in wardrobe.

There’s a kitchen and separate living room plus garden.

A bit about me, I work in the environment sector and like cycling, river swimming, art and music. Community is important to me and I lead volunteer events at two community orchards in Bristol. I like living in share houses and enjoy catching up after work, sometimes cooking together and fun weekend trips. I’m pretty tidy and respectful of others space.

The house has an allotment which you’re welcome to grow veg on if that’s your thing. Additionally, there’s lots of green space around, we’re 10 mins walk from Conham River Park and Magpie Bottom nature reserve is a 2 min walk from walk away- it’s beautiful with a river, springs and 100 year old apple orchard. Church Rd is a 10 mins drive/cycle and Temple Meads, 20 mins.

The number 44 bus is a 3 min walk away which goes into the city centre.
