Double room available for 1- 2 months in our beautiful house in St. Paul’s. It’s a 2 story house with the ground floor being an open plan kitchen/living room, upstairs 2 bedrooms (1 of which is what we’re talking about obviously 🙂) and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The house has wooden floors throughout and a light, airy feel with no damp or mould problems. The back garden is a little haven of lawn with well established borders absolutely teeming with flowers and pollinators. There’s also a plum tree that’s being very ambitious with the amount of plums it’s trying to carry this year.
You’d be sharing with me, 37yo male. I run a restoration carpentry business so I’m very busy and out most of the day. And my super friendly cat Demon, ~3yo female. She makes sure no cushions get left un-napped on and chases flies like a boss.
We’re friendly, clean and communicate well.
