Hello everyone!

Large double available near Arnos Vale, Brislington. £750 pm including bills. Room available now. £500 deposit. 10 min cycle to Temple Meads, 20 mins cycle into city centre and on good bus and cycle routes and connection to Bath. Lots of green spaces within a short walk - Arnos Vale, St Anne's Wood, Nightingale Valley and Eastwood Farm for river access. Also easy lovely riverside walk/cycle to Conham River Park.

We are looking for a fourth person for our household! The available room is a very large double room. The largest bedroom in the house with wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, desk/bureau, large wooden blanket box, leather armchair/footstool.

I am the (female) homeowner- I'm a social practice artist with a studio locally but do also work from home. Happiest outdoors in a woodland and part of local conservation group, community based activist and love connecting with others usually outside the home and sharing meals.

My son, 20, also lives here. He's creative great company; out working most weekday daytimes and sometimes at the weekend. He's about to move away to Uni in September so will be only around during holidays.

Also as part of our household is another lodger who has lived here for 2 years. Late 20's professional, easygoing, creative, musician, climber late 20's. He works out of the home 5 days a week.

The house vibe is easy going. We think a good fit would be someone who is sociable but also enjoys own space sometimes too. Needs to be someone who is adaptable and up for contributing to being part of the household; good at sharing chores, aware of others (we have one toilet), pitches in and likes dogs. We have a very friendly quiet 9 yr old cockapoo who is a house favourite. All of us go out late at times and come home as quietly as possible but it's not a hectic household.

There are various friends who come and go from the house too so sociable household but also has quite chill times. Large kitchen diner and spacious lounge for use by us all. Lovely garden space too with plenty of sun. There's shed storage for a bike.

We are near to St Anne's Community and Arts hub with a large programme of activities, community sauna and community gym.
